I was over at Linda Yonkman's blog Lindy's Designs and and read about a great new blog game called Pay it Forward.

Here’s How It Works:

I'll send a surprise gift to the first three people to comment on this blog post. The gift will be a handmade surprise by me and will be sent to you some time in the next 365 days (yep, mystery gift at a mystery time).
Here’s what you need to do, leave me a comment and make sure you include your email address (if your profile doesn’t include it). I’ll email you for your snail mail address and a ask a few questions (likes/dislikes, favourite colours, sizes general stuff like that).
To complete signing up you MUST play along too. To do this you must blog a similar post and pledge to make a surprise gift for the first three people who comment on it.
So, do you want to play? Comment below and I’ll sent a thoughtful handmade gift to the first three people who do.
Let the fun and games begin!

Two Giveaways to Share With You!

I have been blessed with some sweet deals and generous gifts lately so I decided to share some of this bounty with you!   I just love giving gifts so here are 2 great giveaways...

I thought about combining this giveaway with a Pay It Forward game I am playing but I think I will save that for tomorrow's post. Check back tomorrow for that!
Giveaway #1

My favorite part of this giveaway is the GORGEOUS emerald cuff bead I bought from CapturedMoments on Etsy.  I have also included two beautiful lampwork beads I also got on Etsy.  The person I got them from was just destashing his stuff so he could move.  You would not believe what I got and how little I paid (I felt like I had robbed him blind).  He is a jewelry artist himself so it wasn't like he didn't know what he had!  Also included are some green beads I received in a fun trade, 2 keys, some starfish, a blank tag and some tiny opaque green luster melon beads.

Giveaway #2

This giveaway has 2 beautiful Agate Focal beads all ready to use as pendants or in a jewelry design (these were also part of that fun trade).  There are 4 flat rectangular faceted beads, 6 carved bone looking beads (actually acrylic), some copper beads and another one of those lampwork beads I was telling you about.

Oooh AND...I will be dividing up this killer stash of silk pieces that were given to me.  The sender wanted nothing in return except she asked that I give what I don't need to someone else.  I grabbed a few for myself and used some in my BSBP Necklace.  Here are the rest:

Quick Update:  the silk will be split between the two giveaways so both winners will get some!!
If you would like to enter and you are NOT into making jewelry I will be happy to gift you these earrings I made instead (even if you ARE into making jewelry and you would rather get these, just let me know)!
How to WIN!
Required:
1.  Join my Blog (or just let me know you are already a Blog friend)
2.  Tell me which giveaway you would like to win (no guarantees, especially if both winners pick the same one)
Extras:
3.  Share this post on your Blog or FB Page
4.  Like my Facebook page: TealwaterDesigns
Please leave a separate comment for each of the choices above.  Each comment you leave will count as one entry.  I will use the random.org generator to choose winners on Saturday, Sept 8th around noon.
Don't forget to check back tomorrow for the Pay it Forward game!
Thanks and Good Luck!
Cory
UPDATE 09-08-12  We have 2 winners!                                   First let me say THANKS to everyone who entered!!  Each entrant had a chance of 4 entries (see #1-4 above).  I didn't count the 2 deleted entries or additional entries over 4 so there were a total of 57 possible entries in this giveaway...Yuk, I don't like this technical stuff!!                          Winners are....#41 Plum Valley    and #10 Michaledas
